SHIPPING POLICY

Distribution Elite Canada is proud to offer its customers a wide variety of products unmatched in the country. By cons it is impossible to have all these products always in stock.

When an order is placed in our system, the sale is not considered final. Your purchase order is sent to us and our customer service team validates the price and availability of the product either in our inventories or at the manufacturer's. If the product is in stock with us or our manufacturer, the product is sent to you with an average of 2 weeks. If the product is not available from us or from our manufacturer then we will communicate with you to inform you of the expected delivery times. If necessary, the order can be canceled at this time.

Elite Distribution Canada reserves the right to use the delivery service of its choice. A parcel tracking number will be provided with the final billing when sending out.

*Flat rate shipping does not apply to the Territories, remote locations serviced by air only, or oversized/overweight items. 

**Flat rate shipping applies only to retail sales for PUBLIC or ELITE PROGRAM clients. All commercial or b2b sales are subject to regular shipping quotes and charges.
